Neuro-Linguistic Programming

As a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), I enjoy using it as one of my tools to help you change attitudes, beliefs and behaviors. Most people have deeply ingrained beliefs - formed in childhood - that are the basis for many decisions in their adult lives. These beliefs are underneath attitudes and behaviors too.

During the course of therapy we can uncover these beliefs and determine which ones still serve you and which ones are outdated. NLP provides an elegant, efficient, effective way to make the changes you want.
